Accessibility Statement
Zenzaire Web Studio designs for people who browse in different ways, and treats accessibility as part of quality rather than an optional extra.
Our approach
This website has been built with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 Level AA in mind. In practice that means:
- Semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate the page structure
- A visible skip link to jump straight to the main content
- Keyboard access to every interactive element, with visible focus indicators
- Text and interface colours checked for contrast against their backgrounds
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images
- Form fields with associated labels and clear, text-based error messages
- Motion that is reduced automatically when your device requests it
- Touch targets sized for comfortable use on a phone
Needs review before launch: Confirm the conformance level claimed (WCAG 2.1 AA) after a formal audit. Stating a standard you have not tested against can create legal exposure.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is not a one-time checkbox. As pages are added or changed, they are reviewed again. We do not claim perfect conformance, and if something on this site is difficult to use we want to hear about it.
Needs review before launch: Add the date of the most recent accessibility review and who performed it.
Client projects
The same standards are applied to the websites we build. Where a client requires formal conformance testing or a third-party audit, that can be scoped into the project.
Feedback
If you encounter a barrier on this website, email hello@zenzairewebstudio.com with the page address and a short description. We will respond within one business day and fix what we can as quickly as possible.
Needs review before launch: Confirm the stated response time is one the studio can consistently meet, and add an alternative contact method (phone or postal address) for people who cannot use email.
