Process

You always know what stage you are in and what happens next.

Six stages, defined deliverables and clear expectations on both sides. No mystery, no silent weeks.

  1. 01

    Discovery

Understand your business, audience, goals and the functionality the site actually needs.

We start with a conversation about how you get customers today, what gets in the way and what a successful website would change. This is where scope, package fit and required functionality get settled in writing.

    What we need from you

    • Business background and goals
    • Who you serve
    • Any existing website access
  2. 02

    Strategy

Define messaging, site structure, the user journey and conversion goals.

Before any visual design, we map the pages, the order information appears in, and the single action each page should drive. You approve this structure before design begins.

    What we need from you

    • Feedback on the proposed sitemap
    • Approval of the messaging direction
  3. 03

    Content Collection

Collect approved copy, photos, logos, brand assets and business information.

You receive a simple checklist and a place to upload everything. This is the most common source of timeline delays, so the sooner content arrives, the sooner the build starts.

    What we need from you

    • Final copy or notes for copy
    • Photography and logo files
    • Service descriptions and pricing
    • Business details, hours and contact information
  4. 04

    Design and Build

Create the visual system, responsive layouts and functionality.

The design system comes first — type, color, spacing and components — then pages are built responsively from mobile up, with forms, booking or commerce wired in.

    What we need from you

    • Availability for one check-in
    • Timely answers to open questions
  5. 05

    Review and Refine

Complete the revision rounds included in your package.

You review a live preview and send consolidated feedback. Each round is a full pass rather than a stream of one-off requests, which keeps the project on schedule.

    What we need from you

    • Consolidated written feedback within the agreed window
  6. 06

    Test, Launch and Support

Test responsiveness, forms, links, accessibility, analytics and SEO, then go live.

Everything is checked across devices before launch. After launch you get guidance on managing the site, and an optional care plan if you would rather it be handled for you.

    What we need from you

    • Domain and hosting access
    • Final approval to launch

Timelines

Estimates, stated honestly.

Estimated turnarounds assume content and approvals arrive on schedule. A project pauses while it waits on copy, photos, brand assets or feedback, and the launch date moves by the length of that pause. If content is not ready yet, say so early and we will plan around it.

Every turnaround published on this site is an estimate for the scope described, not a guarantee. Your written proposal contains the dates that actually apply to your project.
