Custom digital services

ZenZaire Web Studio provides custom digital services. Because we do not sell physical products, there are no product returns.

$500 Quick Website Package

A refund request may be considered within 24 hours of purchase, but only if you have not submitted the project questionnaire and no work has started.

Once the questionnaire has been submitted, design work has started, a preview has been prepared or project setup has begun, the payment is non-refundable.

What the package includes

• A simple one-page website
• Mobile-responsive design
• Basic SEO setup
• A contact or inquiry form
• Social links
• Domain connection
• One revision round

Extra pages, additional revisions, branding, copywriting, booking systems, e-commerce, advanced functionality and ongoing maintenance are not included unless separately quoted.

Larger custom website projects

• Deposits are non-refundable once the project is scheduled or work has started.
• Completed work beyond the amount of the deposit may be invoiced.
• Final balances are due before launch or the transfer of final files.

Care plans and subscriptions

Monthly care plans may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Past monthly payments are not refunded for work already performed or access already provided.

Client delays

Project timelines depend on you providing content, approvals, photos, logins and feedback on time. Delays caused by missing client materials do not qualify for a refund.

If we cannot complete your project

If ZenZaire Web Studio cannot complete a project for reasons within our control, we may offer a full or partial refund depending on the amount of work already completed.

How to request a refund

Email hello@zenzairewebstudio.com with your name, business name, purchase date and the reason for your request. We will review it and respond as promptly as we can.
