Yes. Projects begin with a deposit that reserves your place in the schedule, with the balance due before launch. The exact split is stated in your proposal before you commit to anything.

Payment can typically be split across project milestones. If a specific arrangement would help, ask during the consultation and it will be written into the proposal.

Deposits reserve production time and are generally non-refundable once work has started. Anything already paid covers the work completed to that point. Refund terms are stated in the agreement you sign.

Launch is typically five to seven business days, Growth is 10 to 14 business days and Elevate is three to four weeks. Those estimates assume content and approvals arrive on schedule.

Launch includes one revision round, Growth includes two and Elevate includes three. A round is a single consolidated pass of feedback rather than a stream of individual requests. Additional rounds can be quoted.

Extra pages can be added to the Launch package for $150 to $250 each depending on complexity, or you can move up to a package that includes the page count you need.

The platform is chosen to fit your project rather than the other way around. The recommendation, and what it means for editing and ongoing costs, is explained in your proposal before the build starts.

Yes. Your domain stays registered in your name, and on final payment the completed site is yours. Any third-party accounts are set up so you hold ownership.

Hosting is not included in package pricing unless your proposal says otherwise. You are guided through setting it up and told the expected cost in advance.

Yes. You receive guidance on making everyday edits yourself. If you would rather not, a care plan includes a monthly allowance of content edits.

Light editing and structuring of the copy you provide is part of every project. Full professional copywriting is a separate service and is not included in package pricing by default.

Logo design and full brand identity are not included in website packages. If you have a logo, the site is designed around it. If you do not, that can be quoted separately or referred out.

Foundations: unique page titles and descriptions, a sensible heading structure, descriptive image alt text, clean URLs, a sitemap, robots file and structured data. Ongoing SEO campaigns, content programs and link building are separate work.

Yes, redesigns are a large part of the studio's work. We review what is currently performing, keep what earns its place and rebuild the rest.

Yes. Full e-commerce websites start at $3,500. If you already qualify for a Growth or Elevate website and only need a small catalog, a basic e-commerce integration may start at $750. Final pricing always depends on product count, product variations, shipping, tax, subscriptions and integrations.

No. The Installable Web App Experience is a progressive web app: a simple installable, mobile-first experience that runs in the browser with its own icon and splash screen. It is never described as a native app because it is not one. Custom portals, dashboards, authenticated systems and advanced web applications are a separate tier, quoted as a custom proposal after discovery. Genuinely native iOS and Android development is not offered.

Essential Care ($49/month) covers monitoring, backups, updates, form testing and a monthly health check. Business Care ($99/month) adds an hour of content edits, priority support and an analytics summary. Priority Care ($199/month) adds two hours of edits, faster response, a monthly performance review and a quarterly strategy check-in. Web App Care starts at $99/month depending on functionality.

No. Zenzaire is based in Charlotte, North Carolina and works with clients nationwide. Projects run comfortably over video calls, email and a shared preview link.
